  • A field adjustable safety pop-off valve is incorporated in the axle jack cart (located at the lower right behind the control panel) to prevent axle jack lifting loads in excess of 100 tons (91 m. tons).
  • A relief valve with manual try lever is incorporated in the air inlet to prevent over pressurization of the pneumatic system.
  • The extension screw has a positive stop to prevent it from being extended beyond its safe thread engagement.
  • A load gauge for monitoring the approximate load being raised.
  • The 95 ton axle jacks have safety locknuts (with a retainer to prevent removal from jack) to prevent lowering under load.
